After long and careful research about where in the world to travel in order to participate in certification course, we chose Pilates Studio Bangkok and not once have we regret our choice. After taking contact with Ory, she gave all the answers we needed about participating and traveling to Thailand, ensuring us, that we were heading to the right direction. After traveling to the other side of the world, we found ahead well equipped studio, with nice and dedicated personnel, nice course mates and important of all – we met our wonderful teacher Ory, who’s dedication to Pilates and to her work is just admirable. She is wonderful and skilled teacher – demanding but understanding, expressive, perspicuous and winsome at the same time. The course was well structured, logical, intreresting and thorough. We learned a lot during these weeks spent in Bangkok, we loved the city, the people, the studio and our teacher. We couldn’t hope for better and we are clad that we came and gave our self an opportunity to learn and develop.

Taking the course rewarded me in so many ways. I’ve developed strong relationships with other instructors who are always willing to share their knowledge. But the biggest reward was to work with individuals who suffer from lower back pain (due to poor posture, weak muscles or herniated disc) and hear them say that they felt better after their session with me. Overall, the certification course has given me the confidence to keep challenging myself and to share my knowledge with others. And for this I will always be thankful to Ory and the team at the Pilates Studio.

Pilates is the only exercise programme that I have ever done which I
actually look forward to and miss when I can't make it to a session
- in fact the only problem with Pilates is that it is totally
addictive. After three months of fairly regular Pilates sessions, I
feel stronger and more flexible, exercises that seemed impossible
when I started are suddenly do-able: although Ory never lets us get
complacent as there is always a way to make an exercise just that
little bit more challenging. As teacher, Ory manages to combine the
discipline of a drill sergeant with a sensitive awareness of what
the student can manage. You don't get away with much but you thank
her for it afterwards.
